ON THE BRIGHT SIDE
FOR SUNDAY, JANUARY 10TH, 2021
The moments of our lives may be bright with possibility, dark with fear or sadness, or even plain everyday gray, but God's glory never fades. May God's glory shine into the exciting lights, upsetting darks, and boring grays of your every day.

Today is Bittersweet Chocolate Day which honors a form of dark chocolate made with cocoa , sugar, cocoa butter and vanilla, Unlike milk chocolate or white chocolate , it does not contain any milk solids. According to the FDA standards bitttersweet chocolate must contain at least 35 percent chocolate liquor which is a non acolholic liquitd produced from cocoa beans.
Consuming bittersweet chocolate on a daily basis is quite good for you. All variations of dark chocolate contain antioxidants that lower blood pressure and help protect your heart. Other heart healthy foods include green tea and blueberries.
To celebrate today , treat yourselves to a few pieces of your favorite variety .
If you can’t see the bright side, polish the dull side

It’s another sunny day here in Ohio and I must say we need it badly after so many dark and gloomy days. The world does look like a brighter happier place when the sun shines. And that is what today’s pictures are of, sunny January days from the past.
I hope you all have a RELAXING Sunday !

Keep calm and eat chocolate !
So glad you are having another sunny day. Sounds like another delicious day too! :)
I didn't know anything about the origins of bittersweet chocolate! I've not thought about turnips in years and years ... but they sure sound good prepared this way. And spinach? More the better!
Chocolate does have its benefits!!
I forget about your other blog....going there now!
