ON THE BRIGHT SIDE
FOR WEDNESDAY, APRIL 28TH, 2021
The moments our lives may be bright with possibility, dark with fear or sadness, or even plain everyday gray, but God's glory never fades. May God's glory shine into the exciting lights, upsetting darks, and boring grays of your every day.

Today is Blueberry Pie Day which celebrates blueberries.
Americans have been filling their pies with delicious fresh blueberries since the colonial era. Today blueberry pie is one of the most popular pie flavors in the United States. Blueberry season begins in May and ends in the late summer, so blueberry pis is a perennial favorite at the Fourth of July celebrations.
Maine produces more blueberries than any other state. In fact 25 percent of all low bush blueberries grown in North America come from Maine. This makes this New England state the largest producer of blueberries in the world
To celebrate today head to your favorite bakery or make your own tasty blueberry pie .
If you can't see the bright side, polish the dull side

Blueberries, strawberries and blackberries are true super food. Naturally sweet and juice, berries are low in sugar and high in nutrients - they are among the best foods you can eat.

Yesterday our temps soared up to a summer like 80 degrees. Today we’ll still be close to that too, but rain is predicted and with that we’ll begin to cool back down again.
It’ll be hit or miss as far as the weather goes today, hopefully I’ll stay dry and enjoy my shopping trip.
I hope you have a WONDERFUL Wednesday!
COUNTING MY GIFTS
It’s better to get nutrients for healthy skin from food, not supplements. Salmon, walnuts, blueberries, spinach… lots of my favorite foods happen to be amazing for the skin too.

ADVICE FOR TODAY
Women with a higher intake of berries appeared to have delayed connotative aging by 2.5 years. So it’s like your brain is 2.5 years younger if you eat berries.
