ON THE BRIGHT SIDE
THURSDAY,FEBRUARY 17TH, 2022
The moments our lives may be bright with possibility, dark with fear or sadness, or even plain everyday gray, but God's glory never fades. May God's glory shine into the exciting lights, upsetting darks, and boring grays of your every day.

Life is a special occasion!

Today is Randome Acts of Kindness Day, which is day to be kind. This is an unofficial holiday in the USA. It aims to encourage people for acts of goodness and kindness.
Kindness is being friendly and polite to others, maybe even doing something nice for them. If you like to take part in the day, you might for example bring some aake to the office today and share with your colleagues. You might give food to homeless people, leave a book to the public, so someone would find it, let somebody go first in the supermarket or whatever comes to your mind. Just remember to always be kind.
If you can't see the bright side, polish the dull side
THOUGHT FOR TODAY
Together we can change the world, just one random act of kindness at a time.
Ron Hall
I believe that a little kindness goes along way to making a life better. A smile, a loving touch, a compliment can change someone’s life.
There should never be an excuse for being unkind. Life is too short for angry words or grudges. We should always offer a smile and our love. When we love, we show we care.
I’m blessed to have lots of kind people in my life and they always show they care. Sometimes I feel like I’m mostly in he receiving line, getting more than I give back, but I think those I love, know that I’d do just about anything for them when I can.
If you are a friend or family of mine, I will always be here for you anyway I can.
After a warm and windy day yesterday, today we’re still warm but it’s to be rainy . We have flood warnings because of all the melting ice and snow and the rivers are rising. Remember if you see water on the road, don’t drive into it. Turn around and go another way. It doesn’t take too much to get carried away.
Stay dry today and be safe.
I hope you all have a GREAT day. Happy Thursday!!

Enter into His courts with thanksgiving — and in His presence is fullness of Joy!
Please pray for God's protection of
our troops and HIS wisdom for their
commanders.
Almighty and eternal God,
Protect our military
as they discharge their duties
with the shield of your strength,
may the power of your love
enable them to return home in safety
that with all who love them
they may ever praise you for your loving care.
AND bless our Police Officers, Firefighters and EMT’s.
We ask this through Christ our Lord.
Amen
GOD BLESS YOU ALL!

A little kindness can make a BIG difference !
Hi Pam! Finally today I have had enough time to read on my PC rather than on my iPad! I find on the iPad I cannot leave a comment! I type it in, but it will not post. I do read every day, but since I do most of my reading in the evening, haven't been able to comment. I love the idea of a Kindness day. My mother taught us that kindness cost nothing but was one of the greatest gifts that you could give to another! Thanks for all that you share Pam! You truly are a star on the blogasphere! God bless! xoxo
Indeed, it's the kindness of strangers that I remember. Even back in '99 when I was involved in an automobile accident: Waiting for the emergency vehicles to arrive, this young woman approached me. Without saying a word, she handed me a little bunch of wildflowers she'd picked up from the side of the road. I've no idea who she was, but that's something that's stuck in my mind all these years.
Just a moment of kindness can make a lifetime of giving. Play it forward.
