Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

Remembering my grandfather today!
Love the final note from Matthew! Oh and the kids Halloween picture are beyond price, I know you love them to pieces. I do have a 'pair' of suspenders, I always wondered why we call them a pair, down here. My dad wore them toward the end of his life as he lost weight and did not want to buy more pants... ;-O
From down here it is cool for Florida 40 this AM!
Sherry & jack
No suspenders here either - and no grands in those sweet costumes! :(
I don't remember my father or uncles ever wearing suspenders. Tom's been wearing them for about 10 years now -- both in his heavy(weight) days and lean. His are pretty subdued, but I enjoy seeing the variety that's offered.
