Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

This is corn that tastes like candy.
I like the idea of mixing candy corn with peanuts. Great idea and wishes for a happy Halloween.
WE won't have any kids. None nearby and NOT a neighborhood parents would take their kids for GREAT handouts.
But I do like candy corn, Sherry not as much, it is not chocolate. LOL
Take care and have a great day.
Sherry * jack (Sherry just cut the lights off, we are headed out for church, this week in person rather than the net...
Glad you had a good time last night, Ma! Given the number of folks from church out with the flu, I watched services from home myself. Why take chances, particularly with this back-and-forth weather.
I'm not fond of candy corn, but it's so attractive to have sitting out. That's a great idea about mixing it with salted peanuts.
I like candy corn, but I try not to eat too much - all sugar!
