Wishing you a beautiful day with good health and happiness forever.

This is another long distance birthday celebration and as usual the card went out in the mail.  I don’t get to see this grandson very often as he lives pretty far away, but that doesn’t mean that I won’t be celebrating.  I’m so thankful for all my grandchildren and love each and everyone of them.

April 7th is also World Health Day.  It is an international event to emphasize and work on important health issues or problems. Everyone needs to be concerned about the health of themselves and their community.  

I’m not only sending best of wishes for good health to this grandson today but to one and all.  Our health is one thing that money cannot buy.  If we have it we should be grateful for it.

Did you know that there are many heathy benefits that come our way when we are thankful?  It can make for a healthier 

heart, better sleep and makes you more optimistic, which in turn is linked with better immune health. Grateful people are happy people.
