Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

It's a wonderful day for a race...sunny, warm and bright !
We have never been to an Indy 500, as a matter of fact I think the only car race I have been to was in the 50s when NASCAR started and I watched thru a wooden fence and from climbing trees.
Yep toys are a gift to kids. My cars were most of the time blocks of wood. but they were colorful in my mind.
Be safe, God is Good
I'm not a big fan of the Indy 500 -- but admire the tradition, the flyovers and people standing with their hands over their hearts. Tom's watching it right now, behind closed eyelids (LOL). Love that quote by Dale Jr.!
