37 DAYS UNTIL SPRING!
Sunrise:7:29 am

Life is a Special Occasion!
Hallmark
February 11th is Don’t Cry Over Spilt Milk Day. We can celebrate this day by letting go of the past and stop bemoaning over mishaps and failures. In other words, look on the bright side and move forward. Our focus is better used on things that we may actually have some control of. Mop up the mess and get on with your life. This is one day I’ll be celebrating as I always try to look at the bright side of life.
If you can't see the Bright Side, polish the dull side
THOUGHT FOR TODAY
Faith makes: The uplook good, the outlook bright, the future glorious.
Author Unknown
We all need a little reminder sometimes. Take a deep breath, clean up your mess, and move on. It will be okay. Life isn’t always fair so we try take a positive attitude and fix it, or get past it. I’ve had to get past quite of few of those messes in life and I think I finally discovered that they’re going to happen no matter what and it’s up to each of us to choose how we react to them. I’ve chosen to look on the bright side. When you’ve been on the dark side and finally see the light…you realize how much better it is where the sun shines.
Put simply it means don't worry and stress over the little things. Enjoy life to it's fullest and savor each and every day with an optimistic attitude and a smile on your face! Just know that everyone goes through bad days and try to take a positive attitude to what ever has happened and have faith that it can be fixed or corrected. This is the only way you can get past it.
I hope you all have a terrific Tuesday!
COUNTING MY GIFTS
All things bright and beautiful
All creatures great and small,
All things wise and wonderful,
The Lord God made them all.
Cecil Frances Alexander, Hymn All Things Bright and Beautiful
I have counted at least 3 things every day that I'm thankful for this past year and have now reached my 1000 gifts. I'm not stopping, but will continue on counting. There is always, always something to be thankful for.
1397. for a successful surgery for our Cutie Patootie
1398. for toys hidden under the couch, it only means that some of the grand’babes’ have been here
1399. for reminders to look on the bright side
Enter into His courts with thanksgiving — and in His presence is fullness of Joy!
PRAYER FOR OUR TROOPS
Please pray for God's protection of
our troops and HIS wisdom for their
commanders.
Lord, hold our troops in
your loving hands.
Protect them as they protect us.
Bless them and their families for the
selfless acts they perform for us
in our time of need. I ask this in the
name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior.
AND bless our Police Officers, Firefighters
and Paramedics and EMT's
GOD BLESS YOU ALL !
The future is as bright as the promises of God.
William Carey
A little smile, a word of cheer,
A bit of love from someone dear…
Love,

Yay Cutie Patootie! Feel all better soon...
Happy I have a day off Tuesday! :)
So glad the surgery went well! I like the idea of mopping up our messes and moving on rather than dealing with them!
