TODAY’S QUOTE
Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
nothing is going to get better. It's not.
Dr. Seuss
IT’S WEDNESDAY !!
OVER THE HUMP DAY!
Is anyone besides me tired of being cold? BrrrChill!
The best winter time cure I can think of is my ‘Trip to the Beach’
I love my Bubble Bath filled with nice hot water! It is an instant warm up.
The other part of my ‘Trip’ is an ice cream cone, which tastes pretty good after a nice long warm soak in the tub. I know some go south for the winter, but here it is not practical or affordable so I make do the best I can.
Outside my window this morning it looks like we have another 3 inches of snow here overnight. The weather man keeps saying we may see 40 degrees by the weekend !
We’ll see…
Have a great day all ! Another wonderful one on the Way !
TODAY’S PRAYERS
Lord Jesus, help me to encourage others to come to you for healing
Amen
Please pray for God's protection of
our troops and HIS wisdom for their
commanders.
Lord, hold our troops in
your loving hands.
Protect them as they protect us.
Bless them and their families for the
selfless acts they perform for us
in our time of need. I ask this in the
name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior.
GOD BLESS YOU ALL !
25 WORDS
God, I thank You for today, for the ways You will bless me,
and for the ways that I will serve others in Your name
TO REMEMBER…
I am in the hands of God,
and in God’s time all things will be made well.

TODAY’S SMILE
People are illogical, unreasonable and self-centered (including me)
Love them anyway.
If you do good, people will accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives.
Do good anyway.
If you are successful, you win false friends and true enemies.
Succeed anyway.
The good you do today will be forgotten tomorrow.
Do good anyway.
Honesty and frankness make you vulnerable.
Be honest and frank anyway.
The biggest people with the biggest ideas can be shot down by the littlest people with the littlest ideas.
Think big anyway.
People favor underdogs, but follow only top dogs.
Fight for a few underdogs anyway.
What you spend years building may be destroyed overnight.
Build anyway.
People really need help, but may attack you if you do help them.
Help them anyway.
Give the world the best you have and you will get kicked in the teeth.
Give the best you have anyway.
You see, in the final analysis, it is between you and God.It was never between you and them anyway

TODAY’S REFLECTION
Let us … persevere in running the race that lies before us while keeping our eyes fixed on Jesus, the leader and perfecter of faith.
Hebrews 12:1-2
Christian perseverance is not a matter of struggling along by ourselves and hoping we make it. It is a matter of abiding in Christ and letting him fight alongside you
TODAY’S ADVICE
HOW TO CHOOSE A RIPE CANTALOPE
Look for lots of webbing or netting on the melon. The netting signifies the sugar content. The higher the netting, the sweeter the melon. Select melons that are slightly oval and golden under the netting. Sniff the stem end to find melons with a distinct aroma, and look for tiny cracks at the stem end
