TODAY'S THOUGHT
Tears are the safety valve of the heart
when too much pressure is laid on it.
Albert Smith
TODAY’S ACTION
When you are sorrowful look again in your heart, and you shall see that in truth you are weeping for that which has been your delight
Kahlil Gibran
TODAY’S QUOTE
Tears are God’s gift to us. Our holy water. They heal us as they flow.
Rita Schiano
IT’S WEDNESDAY !!
OVER THE HUMP DAY!
They say we’ll have one more day of warmer weather and rain. Yesterday wasn’t too bad as after our morning shower it turned out pretty nice.
The good Lord must have heard my prayers and for that I’m very thankful.
Today at work I’ll be a little busier than usual as the ‘retired’ Boss has retuned for a few days from his winter home down south. He has to organize some lists for his insurance on his home here that got flooded out due to a broken pipe at the end of December. It has been and will be a slow go repairing all the damage that was done there. I’ll be the one making the lists for him.
Everything is pretty quiet on the home front. I got my hair cut after work yesterday and the gal did another great job so I guess I’ll be going to her from now on.
After today only 2 more days till the weekend!
Have a great day all ! Another wonderful one on the Way !
TODAY’S PRAYERS
Today is the feast of Our Lady Of Lourdes and it is also World Day of the Sick. It is more than 150 years since Bernadette Soubirous saw the first apparitions at Lourdes in the foothills of the French Pyrenees.
Lourdes is associated with physical cures because one of the instructions Our Lady of Lourdes gave to St. Bernadette Soubirous during a series of apparitions that began Feb. 11, 1858, was to dig in a certain spot. The digging produced a spring whose waters have been said to produce miraculous cures.
We pray today for all who are sick and especially for sick and suffering children and for doctors, nurses, carers and anyone who needs our prayers on this special day
Please pray for God's protection of
our troops and HIS wisdom for their
commanders.
Lord, hold our troops in
your loving hands.
Protect them as they protect us.
Bless them and their families for the
selfless acts they perform for us
in our time of need. I ask this in the
name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior.
GOD BLESS YOU !
25 WORDS
God, I thank You for today, for the ways You will bless me,
and for the ways that I will serve others in Your name
TO REMEMBER…
I am in the hands of God,
and in God’s time all things will be made well.
TODAY’S TRIVIA
Today is Don’t Cry Over Spilled Milk Day in recognition that everyone spills a little milk now and then. It's a day to be optimistic, think positive, look on the bright side, and to find something good in everything that happens. As the song says: Don't Worry, be Happy!
We all know the concept of the question: Is the glass half full or half empty? The pessimist sees it as half empty. The optimist sees it as half full. It's all an attitude towards life.
You should participate in Don't Cry over Spilled Milk Day with an optimistic attitude and a smile on your face
Today is Be Electrific Day, the birthdate in 1847 of Thomas Alva Edison, inventor of the light bulb
Today is Meringue Memorial Day, a day to make an old-fashioned cream pie and to see if you can remember how to make meringue

TODAY’S SMILE
Quilt of Holes
As I faced my Maker at the last judgment, I knelt before the Lord along With all the other souls. Before each of us laid our lives like the squares of a quilt in many piles; An angel sat before each of us sewing our quilt squares together into a Tapestry that is our life. But as my angel took each piece of cloth off the pile, I noticed how ragged And empty each of my squares was. They were filled with giant holes.

TODAY’S REFLECTION
Then the LORD God formed man out of the clay of the ground and blew into his nostrils the breath of life, and so man became a living being
Genesis 2:7
God freely and lovingly created man and gave him the breath of life. God not only provided man with an abundance of good food, but He also blessed man's spirit by creating an environment that was delightful to look at.
All living beings depend on God at every moment for existence. He still sends forth provisions to this earth to provide for our needs
