It's TUESDAY!
I’m having a little computer difficulty and am not sure what’s going on. It is not my internet connection this time, but I spent over 2 hours last night waiting for my computer to start up right…if this continues I’ll need to take it in for a tune up.
Sooo…if one morning you don’t get my newsletter you’ll know we went in for repairs.
It’s been really chilly here the past couple of days and windy. The March winds are blowing for sure. We had lots of rain yesterday but shouldn’t get as much today they say.
NEW IN THE KITCHEN
Tuesday is Pasta Day!
Mac and Cheese Makeover
1 pkg. (14 oz.) Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
1/2 lb. extra-lean ground beef
2 large green peppers, chopped
1 cup spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
HEAT oven to 400ºF.
PREPARE Dinner as directed on package. While Macaroni is cooking, brown meat with peppers in large skillet; stir in spaghetti sauce.
LAYER half each of the Dinner and meat mixture in 8-inch square baking dish. Repeat layers. Top with Cheddar.
BAKE 15 min. or until heated through.
PRAYERS

our troops and HIS wisdom for their

Lord, hold our troops in
your loving hands.
Protect them as they protect us.
Bless them and their families for the
selfless acts they perform for us
in our time of need. I ask this in the
name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior.

AROUND HOME
Due to wasting so much time just trying to get going on my computer last night this newsletter is going to be a little short and simple today. I sure am frustrated with it.
Otherwise all is quiet on the home front.

Ohh, I hope you are able to get your computer sorted soon ma! I hate it when the computer starts acting up. It usually ends up being expensive and a real nuisance!! That macaroni dish looks fabulous!! Must give it a try when we are settled! xxoo
