HAPPY TUESDAY !!
It’s another cold and snowy day in our neck of the woods. East of us got much more snow than we did yesterday, but the ground is covered here. I’m hoping we don’t get much more. Snow is in the forecast all week long. We may see the sun come Saturday and for that I will be very thankful.
I hope the weather clears up some by next week. The babes and I will be traveling on Thanksgiving so I’ll be praying for some nice weather and safe trips for all.
Keep warm everyone!
Have a great day all ! Another wonderful one on the Way !
TODAY’S PRAYERS
Please pray for God's protection of
our troops and HIS wisdom for their
commanders.
Lord, hold our troops in
your loving hands.
Protect them as they protect us.
Bless them and their families for the
selfless acts they perform for us
in our time of need. I ask this in the
name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior.
GOD BLESS YOU!

An English schoolteacher was in Switzerland and looking for a room to rent for when she would begin her teaching there the following fall. She asked the schoolmaster if he would recommended any. TODAY’S REFLECTION
But truly, as I live, all the earth shall be filled with the glory of the Lord. Numbers 14:21
Glory is a common word in the Christian vocabulary, but how do you define it? We talk about God's glory: "Thine is the power and the glory forever." We sing about God's glory: "To God be the glory, great things He has done." We want to give God glory: "Glory to God in the highest."
To glorify something is to praise or honor it, acknowledge its excellence, give it homage, exalt, and worship it. in other words, we glorify God when we tell him how much we admire Him, when we give Him proper honor, and when we acknowledge His perfection and power. We can pray it, we can say it, we can sing it, and we can proclaim it to others. Glorifying God draws attention to His character, lifts up His mighty deeds for others to see, and focuses our attention on Him. This act of praise highlights, emphasizes, magnifies, worships, and adores
We do the same thing at Christmas time. We roam the slopes of a tree farm and examine the different pine trees. At a distance, they all look the same, but once we have chosen on and set it apart from the others, we glorify it. We adorn it with bright, beautiful things, embellishing its branches until it shines. An ordinary woman can be glorified in many ways. One way is when she becomes a bride. Set apart from every other woman, she is adorned, jeweled, and veiled. She glows with the joy of her wedding day
When God glorifies something, He starts with something quite ordinary. A place is just like any other place unless God's presence makes it holy. A woman is just like any other woman until God's presence marks her as His own. Though we are ordinary, we have been chosen. Though we are common, we have been touched by the divine. Though we were just like everyone else, we are now robed in righteousness, veiled in holiness, and adorned with spiritual gifts. God glorifies us
The ordinary becomes extraordinary when it is touched by God
