If you can't see the Bright Side, polish the dull side
THOUGHT FOR TODAY
Please handle with tender loving care.
I think we all need to take some time out every now and then and treat ourselves to some TLC for the body as well as the soul. I don’t think any of us can be good for others if we aren’t first good to ourselves.
We find ourselves making the effort to take care of others, like our children, spouse, friends, parents, grandparents, and so on. Yet we rarely take the time to be good to ourselves. Taking care of ourselves is essential to living a long, happy, and healthy life.
You need to take care of yourself before you can really take care of anyone else. Taking care of yourself is not a selfish act, it's being good to yourself. You cannot give away something you don't have in you.
Tender loving care is not only something we give to others, but it’s also something we can do for ourselves.
I saw in the news yesterday that Yahoo had been hacked into and that account users should change their passwords. I try to change my passwords regularly. Just to be safe.
I hope you all have a FANTASTIC Friday!

PRAYER FOR OUR TROOPS
Please pray for God's protection of
our troops and HIS wisdom for their
commanders.
Almighty and eternal God,
Protect our military
as they discharge their duties
with the shield of your strength,
may the power of your love
enable them to return home in safety
that with all who love them
they may ever praise you for your loving care.
AND bless our Police Officers, Firefighters
and Paramedics and EMT’s
We ask this through Christ our Lord.
Amen
GOD BLESS YOU ALL!
