This grandson isn’t so little any more and is growing into a fine young man.  He’s too far away for birthday hugs, but I sent my birthday wishes off in the mail !

He has a back to back birthday with his mom, her’s was yesterday, so we have been blessed with two celebrations in a row, but I always like to think that every day is special and every day is one to celebrate.

 I got out yesterday to run some errands and get groceries and today I may get some cleaning and laundry done. It looks like a quiet day here at my house. We’ll see...

98 Days Until Christmas

The key to keeping the stress out of the holiday season is smart scheduling and scheduling smart begins with the family calendar.

Family activities can reach a fever pitch during December, when every work, school and social group in existence insists on holding a holiday function. 

Start to plan for Christmas with a family calendar.  It is a must for an organized holiday season. Today, set aside time to print a holiday calendar for the remaining months of the year.

God gave us the gift of life; it is up to us to give ourselves the gift of living well.

3136.  for our Ray of Sunshine, it’s his birthday today !

3137.  for my car, it gets me where I need to go

3138. for quiet normal days, they are wonderful
