Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

This is the first year hubs and I will exchange gifts. As long as we had kids at home, we did them only. He and i both agreed to wait til after the Black Friday to go shopping. Neither of us can handle the rush nor do we want to worry about the other being out in the traffic. it's the one day I stay home for sure. Hugs. Tammy
I hope that you had a lovely day shopping with your family! The shops are really getting busy over here as well, as are the roads. I am afraid I am one that doesn't like the crowds at Christmas. It's just too much for me to cope with! I enjoyed reading about the reason for "Black Friday." I think a good day is one in which you learn something new! Thanks for teaching me! xxoo
