TODAY'S THOUGHT
We are all pencils in the hand of God
Mother Theresa
JUST FOR TODAY
We all need to look for the silver linings in our day-to-day lives
Just for today : I will trust in God every moment.
When the world seems to change too quickly or events in my life seem daunting or confusing, I turn to the power that never changes: God
TODAY’S QUOTE
Whenever I see sunbeams coming through clouds, it always looks to me like God shining himself down onto us. The thing about sunbeams is they're always there even though we can't always see them. Same with God

IT’S WEDNESDAY !!
Over the Hump Day!
It’s now halfway through this work week. It’s supposed to be a rainy day again and it’s also the day of DDIL#5’s grandmother’s funeral. Seems like rain and funerals always go together. My prayers go with her and her family at this sorrowful time.
Overnight, besides rain, we had some strong winds bringing in another cold front. Thankfully the long range forecast says it’ll be partly sunny for Saturday and Sunday. Saturday is the fall festival and Chili cook off at the campground. I guess we’ll appreciate some sunshine for that for sure.
Work continues to be busy for us and we keep getting new jobs to do right along. The trouble is that all of them are outside jobs and we’ll need some nice weather in order to do them. Hopefully there is a nice Indian Summer coming for all of us.
Take good care all!
Have a great day all ! Another wonderful one on the Way !
TODAY’S PRAYERS
Bless me, Lord, with eyes that see Jesus more clearly, ears to listen to his call, and courage to follow him faithfully. Help me to be more like Christ, I pray
Amen
Please pray for God's protection of
our troops and HIS wisdom for their
commanders.
Lord, hold our troops in
your loving hands.
Protect them as they protect us.
Bless them and their families for the
selfless acts they perform for us
in our time of need. I ask this in the
name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior.
GOD BLESS YOU!

TODAY’S REFLECTION
Martha was distracted with much serving
Luke 10:40
A survey found that, on average, more than 40 percent of Christians around the world say they often or always rush from task to task. About 60 percent of Christians say that it’s often or always true that the busyness of life gets in the way of developing their relationship with God. It’s clear that busyness does distract us from our fellowship with Him
If you are too busy for God, you are too busy
