Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

here is nothing quite as good as a hot dog on the grill in the summertime!
I don't eat hot dogs so often, but thinking of chili dogs is making my mouth water! I'm really looking forward to reading about your rustic tomato pie!
Another blogger recently shared a yummy-sounding recipe for one of those layered with pimento cheese. That's not something Tom would like, but if I ever see it on a restaurant menu I'd like to taste it.
Hi, it's me again! Here's a link to Anne's post/recipe for the pie in case you're curious.

Lovd the pictures and HOT DOGS bring up a memory and I smile. My mama made what she called Hot dog 'all the way.' bun, winnie, mustard, chili, onions, slaw and maybe ketchup. Upon leaving home at 17 shortly I ordered a hot dog. I was handed a cold bun with a warm winnie, "I must have looked funny." the cook said what's wrong? when I said there is nothing on it he replied, "Mustard and ketchup over there (pointing) if you need it." Sorry for taking up so muhc paper, but the word hot dog does it for me. I LOVE 'em 'All the way!'
Nite Sherry & jack
