69 DAYS UNTIL FALL
Sunrise: 6:09 am
Sunset: 9:00 pm
If you can't see the Bright Side, polish the dull side
Do you ever feel like a juggler, spinning plates overhead or tossing too many balls into the air at one time?
International Juggling Day is July 16th. Literally or figuratively, how much can you juggle at once?
Imagine life as a game in which you are juggling some five balls in the air. You name them – work, family, health, friends and spirit and you’re keeping all of these in the air. You will soon understand that work is a rubber ball. If you drop it, it will bounce back. But the other four balls – family, health, friends and spirit are made of glass. If you drop one of these, they will be irrevocably scuffed, marked, nicked, damaged or even shattered. They will never be the same. You must understand that and strive for balance in your life.

THOUGHT FOR TODAY
Life's a struggle if you can't juggle
One of the hardest things in life to attain is balance; to balance work and leisure, career with family, faith and day to day life. Keeping balance in our lives takes a lot of practice. It is something we have to work at. Life is complex these days and each of us has many hats to wear. We have our role in our families, our roles at our jobs or in our schools and a myriad of other responsibilities to keep us busy.
I think if we have to prioritize what is important in our lives. My priorities have always been my faith, family, friends and home. When we focus on our priorities all else seems to flow into place. We have to really know our priorities and balance our day to put those priorities first. Keeping balance is the key to a happy fulfilling life.
Today I have an appointment for a hair cut and then my monthly dulcimer get together with friends this evening.
Hope you all have a terrific Tuesday!
COUNTING MY GIFTS
Good things happen when you get your priorities straight.
Scott Caan
I am trying to count at least 3 things I'm thankful for each day and then in 1 year's time I'll have counted 1000 gifts. I’ll be sharing them and giving thanks to God for these gifts each day.
766. for priorities that help us keep in balance

PRAYER FOR OUR TROOPS
Please pray for God's protection of
our troops and HIS wisdom for their

Lord, hold our troops in
your loving hands.
Protect them as they protect us.
Bless them and their families for the
selfless acts they perform for us
in our time of need. I ask this in the
name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior.
AND bless our Police Officers, Firefighters
and Paramedics and EMT's
GOD BLESS YOU ALL!
A little smile, a word of cheer,
A bit of love from someone dear…
