IT’S TUESDAY !!
We got a little sunshine yesterday and may get more today. This evening though it’ll rain with snow coming tomorrow.
Work wasn’t bad at all. The boss and I were the only ones that worked last week. The Monday payroll went real fast. It took longer to fill out unemployment forms and file them.
More on DS#1’s burger adventure
He ate the THURMINATOR which is a double Thurman burger.
DS#1 is the one in the dark shirt in the back…look at the size of that burger
I laughed at the face on him after eating all that – he didn’t look too happy.
Have a great day all ! Another wonderful one on the Way !
TODAY’S PRAYERS
Father, help me live today
Please pray for God's protection of
our troops and HIS wisdom for their

Lord, hold our troops in
your loving hands.
Protect them as they protect us.

selfless acts they perform for us
in our time of need. I ask this in the
name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior.
GOD BLESS YOU!
25 WORDS
God, I thank You for today, for the ways You will bless me,
and for the ways that I will serve others in Your name
TO REMEMBER…
I am in the hands of God,
and in God’s time all things will be made well.
TODAY’S TRIVIA
Today is Bean Day. Bean Day is day of unknown origin, and unknown cause. But, this day gets plenty of recognition from Ecard companies and calendar oriented sites.
We suggest that you celebrate this day by eating beans. After all... Beans, beans, they're good for the heart...."
There are other ways to celebrate Bean Day:
Newlyweds can add a few beans to their bean jar today.
Gardeners can enjoy this day surfing through seed catalogs to select beans to grow in the spring.
Read the story Jack and the Beanstalk to your pre-schooler.
Teachers can use bean seeds for learning exercises in course material.
Others, can bone up on the history of beans....doesn't that sound like fun!?
Today is National Smith Day, marking the birth of Captain John Smith in 1580, but honoring everyone named Smith, including the 2.4-million North American Smiths

TODAY’S SMILE
The head thinks, the hands labor, but it's the heart that laughs.
Liz Curtis Higgs
A lecturer, when explaining stress management to an audience, raised a glass of water and asked, “How heavy is this glass of water? "Answers called out ranged from 20g to 500g.The lecturer replied, "The absolute weight doesn't matter. It depends on how long you try to hold it. If I hold it for a minute, that's not a problem. If I hold it for an hour, I'll have an ache in my right arm. If I hold it for a day, you'll have to call an ambulance. In each case, it's the same weight, but the longer I hold it, the heavier it becomes."He continued, ”And that's the way it is with stress management. If we carry our burdens all the time, sooner or later, as the burden becomes increasingly heavy, we won't be able to carry on. " As with the glass of water, you have to put it down for a while and rest before holding it again. When we're refreshed, we can carry on with the burden. So, before you return home tonight, put the burden of work down. Don't carry it home. You can pick it up tomorrow. Whatever burdens you're carrying now, let them down for a moment if you can. Relax; pick them up later after you've rested.
Life is short!
Enjoy it!
Stress Relievers:
Accept that some days you're the pigeon, and some days you're the statue.
Always keep your words soft and sweet, just in case you have to eat them.
Always read stuff that will make you look good if you die in the middle of it.
Drive carefully. It's not only cars that can be recalled by their maker.
If you can't be kind, at least have the decency to be vague.
If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.It may be that your sole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.
Never buy a car you can't push.
Never put both feet in your mouth at the same time, because then you won't have a leg to stand on.
Nobody cares if you can't dance well. Just get up and dance.
Since it's the early worm that gets eaten by the bird, sleep late.
The second mouse gets the cheese.
When everything's coming your way, you're in the wrong lane.
You may be only one person in the world, but you may also be the world to one person.
Some mistakes are too much fun to only make once.
We could learn a lot from crayons. Some are sharp, some are pretty and some are dull. Some have weird names, and all are different colors, but they all have to live in the same box.
A truly happy person is one who can enjoy the scenery on a detour.

TODAY’S REFLECTION
Jesus traveled throughout Galilee teaching in the synagogues, preaching everywhere the Good News about the Kingdom. And he healed people who had every kind of sickness and disease
Matthew 4:23
They were all brought to him, and he cured them.
Let us imagine Jesus going about his work of compassion and healing. It is no wonder great crowds followed him. We see him truly shepherding the flock of needy people, needy because of their physical ailments, as well as because of their spiritual ailments. He is so easy to approach because he is humble, gentle, non-threatening. He is seen as one of the people, but a very special one.Let us take ourselves to Him for some time today and experience his life-giving care and strength
