TODAY’S QUOTE

and knows what the mind cannot understand.

IT’S TUESDAY !!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO DS#6 AND OUR PRINCESS TODAY!
May the dear Lord bless you both today and always !
Monday is over and Tuesday is here…Are you ready for it?
For some it will be a day of celebration . Our birthday people will have something special planned I know. For others like me, it will be just another work day, but we can make those ordinary days special ones too.
I am so happy the temps have gone up over ‘0’ degrees and the roads are clear of ice and snow. That is a cause for celebrating for sure. I went over to the drug store on my lunch hour yesterday and was greeted by some birds chirping at the doorway. They must have found shelter up under the eaves there someplace. I couldn’t see them, but I could hear them. That was a cheerful sound to hear. I guess they were celebrating too.
Have a great day all ! Another wonderful one on the Way !
TODAY’S PRAYERS
That they may become one in your hand Ezekiel 37:15-19, 22-24a
This week we celebrate a week of prayer for Christian unity.
And Please Pray for:
President Barack Obama and Michelle Obama, Vice President Joe Biden and Jill Biden, as they now step up to serve our nation, taking leadership at a crucial moment in our national life
Please pray for God’s protection of
our troops and HIS wisdom for their
commanders.
Lord, hold our troops in
your loving hands.
Protect them as they protect us.
Bless them and their families for the
selfless acts they perform for us
in our time of need. I ask this in the
name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior.
GOD BLESS YOU!
25 WORDS
God, I thank You for today, for the ways You will bless me,
and for the ways that I will serve others in Your name
TO REMEMBER…
I am in the hands of God,
and in God’s time all things will be made well.

TODAY’S SMILE
Country Words of Wisdom:
One more….
There is a marvelous story of a man who once stood before God, his heart breaking from the pain and injustice in the world. “Dear God,” he cried out, “look at all the suffering , the anguish and distress in the world. Why don’t you send help?”
TODAY’S WORD
obscure \uhb-SKYOOR\, adjective:
1. not clearly expressed; hard to understand
verb:1. to hide from view; dim, darken
adjective:1. not well known; not prominent2. dark, dim, murky
from Old French bscure “dark, dim, not clear,” from Latin obscurus “covered over, dark, obscure, indistinct,” from ob “over” + -scurus “covered,” from Proto Indo-European *(s)keu- “to cover, conceal;” source of Old Norse sky, Old English sceo “cloud,” Latin scutum “shield” and Greek skeue , dress
TODAY’S REFLECTION
I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.
Psalm 139:14
A quote in George MacDonald’s book David Elginbrod speaks to those who wonder, at times, why God has made them the way they are—and who wish they were someone else.
Lady Emily muses: “I wish I were you, Margaret.”
Margaret answers: “If I were you, my lady, I would rather be what God chose to make me than the most glorious creature that I could think of. For to have been thought about—born in God’s thoughts—and then made by God, is the dearest, grandest, most precious thing in all thinking.”
It’s a comforting thought to know that we’re not a terrible mistake, but a very special creation, born in God’s thoughts.
You are one of a kind—designed to glorify God as only you can
