Our weather is so cold I think my smile will freeze in place today.
There is a winter weather advisory as blowing winds will bring the temps below zero and also cause drifting snow.
I’m supposed to get a hair cut tonight. We’ll see. . .
Seems most of what we do is weather dependant. I often think the good Lord is reminding us of exactly who is in charge.

May our actions be lighthearted

1957 - The Wham-O Company developed the first plastic Frisbee. The most popular theory as to how this flying disc came to be dates back to the 1920s when Yale students invented a game of catch by tossing around metal pie tins from the Frisbee Baking Company in nearby Bridgeport, Connecticut. They would frequently shout “Frisbieeeee” to warn passersby of the oncoming pie plate. Building inspector Fred Morrison puttered with and refined a plastic flying disc that he sold to WHAM-O (for $1 million) on this day in 1955. Wham-O changed the name to Frisbee in 1958, upon hearing the Yale pie-tin story. Mattel now owns the rights to Frisbee, which has become an American icon

This is yet another day that the Lord has made for us (Psalm 118:24), a day of more opportunities to serve Him through helping those He sends us this day. We are to rejoice in it and know that He gives us strength for the day and its various challenges (Deuteronomy 33:25), for God does not purposely give problems He cannot help us through.It is a blessed day of salvation for all who love God. God has already weighed and weighted everything that will happen today in just and loving Hands and Heart. "His compassions never fail. They are new every morning..." (Lamentations 3:22,23). The key-note of our fresh and white day is the first hour with our Father who will bless our entire day.

It sounds rather cold for haircuts Ma but then again it might make you feel better when you have been pampered that little bit,and you are all warm and cosy around your firs back home..Prayers for you and yours always.Take Care In that Nasty weather.God Bless Kath xx
