Today is also National Vision Board Day, which is a day to get out the sticky notes, markers and inspiration and start plotting your goals for the new year.. It’s a fun way for people to set goals, cast a vision and dream out loud in a tangible way.  You can mount a completed vision board on your wall where you will see it every day.  Seeing your hopes and dreams helps set in motion visions and ideas to become a reality.

Vision boards help people remember their goals and concepts on a daily basis.  To celebrate  set goals for the coming year and put them where you can see them.  they will help motivated you to attain you goals.

If you can’t see the bright side, polish the dull side

This granddaughter’s birthday is one of my long distance  celebrations.  I rarely get to see her so the pictures shown are not recent.  The newest being the first one above from her prom last year.  My card filled with love and birthday wishes is late going out in the mail due to travel but still I do wish her the very best.  Our pretty lady is growing into a beautiful young woman and I hope she has the best birthday ever.

I really am planning on putting together a vision board for 2020.  I have never done one before but it sounds like great idea.  First I need to think up some goals  to set for the year.  I want to get more exercise, and I plan to take another trip. So there’s two.  I’ll show you what else I come up when it’s done.  

I think it’s important to set goals so you have something to aim for. Goals motivate us to get things done. Goals help us keep our focus on what needs to be done. Some of my goals are long term and meant to be done this year, but others ar short term and will be done when I get home.  I plan to get the house back in order so my goal is to get the Christmas decorations packed away by next week. My vacation ends today and there is lots to be done.
