ON THE BRIGHT SIDE
FOR WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 8TH,2020
The moments of our lives may be bright with possibility, dark with fear or sadness, or even plain everyday gray, but God's glory never fades. May God's glory shine into the exciting lights, upsetting darks, and boring grays of your every day.

Today is Bubble Bath Day which the perfect day to indulge in s luxurious soak. A bubble bath can help open up your pours, cleanse you’re skin, and relax muscles.
Until the late 1940’s, the average American bathed once a week for personal hygiene. Today a daily showers is standard, but it is important to enjoy a bubble bath once in awhile. I love bubble baths, especially in the winter as they warm you up quicker that any thing else can if you catch a chill.
If you can’t see the bright side, polish the dull side
THOUGHT FOR TODAY
I don’t have pictures of a bubble bath to share today but I do have some of the hot tub here at DS#4’s house. I does bubble too. I didn’t get to try it out but some did and said it was wonderful I don’t think I could get any more relaxed than I am right now. Several days of inactivity and a couple of nights of good sleep have me rested up properly. I couldn’t get anymore relaxed if I tried.
More than not there is not much to do here with everyone back to school and work. My only company is the dog. And he’s pretty low maintenance too. He doesn’t need walking, I just let him out in the yard when he wants to go out and all he requires is petting now and then.
Only 3 more days of this, then I’ll go home and try to get back in the swing of things, packing Christmas away and cleaning everything ready for the new year. As far as I can tell it’s been pretty mild weather for January at home. Rain rather than snow and that’s ok with me.
I hope you all have a WONDERFUL Wednesday!!
COUNTING MY GIFTS

Enter into His courts with thanksgiving — and in His presence is fullness of Joy!
Please pray for God's protection of
our troops and HIS wisdom for their
commanders.
Almighty and eternal God,
Protect our military
as they discharge their duties
with the shield of your strength,
may the power of your love
enable them to return home in safety
that with all who love them
they may ever praise you for your loving care.
AND bless our Police Officers, Firefighters
and Paramedics and EMT’s
We ask this through Christ our Lord.
Amen
GOD BLESS YOU ALL!

It's another day for me to enjoy the warm Forida sunshine!
Looks mighty relaxing in that hot tub! Glad you are getting rested up, Ma, and can enjoy some more Florida sunshine and weather! I haven't taken a bubble bath in years but did enjoy the ones the kids took when they were younger.
betty
Bubble bath day, huh? Sounds like a relaxing way to spend some time today. Maybe you should indulge! If you don't want to try out the pool or hot tub, a good old-fashioned bubble bath could be just the ticket to being even more relaxed than you are now.
Bubble baths were such fun when I was (much) younger. Sometimes I'd even add baby oil to the water to make my skin all slicker smooth … but oh, what a job cleaning the tub so the next person wouldn't slip and break their neck. I'd much rather have had a hot tub than our pool (back in Arizona), but Tom was concerned about the cost of electricity. I hope you'll have an opportunity to sample both the pool and hot tub!
I agree to needing to take a bath more often, it is so relaxing!
