ON THE BRIGHT SIDE
FOR TUESDAY, JANUARY 14TH,2020
The moments of our lives may be bright with possibility, dark with fear or sadness, or even plain everyday gray, but God's glory never fades. May God's glory shine into the exciting lights, upsetting darks, and boring grays of your every day.

Today is Organize Your Home Day.which is the day to get started on the year’s spring cleaning and organizing. It may sound like a lot of work but you will be thankful when it’s all done. Our homes will be organized and ready to receive company at a moment’s notice and more importantly if you keep it up through out the year, you will have an organized home next year when this unofficial holiday rolls around.
Being organized can balance your life. It can reduce stress and makes us more productive. It cn stop you looking for things, of having to buy new things that you don’t need. If you make it your way of life today, it can soon become a habit and you will reap the benefits for years to come.
Most of us put off organizing until we can’t take it anymore. But thanks to this day we can focus on organizing today.
Get ready, stay focused and get organized.
If you can’t see the bright side, polish the dull side
THOUGHT FOR TODAY
My goal is no longer to get more done, but to have less to do.
Francine Jay
Since I have a small house, it’s easy to get cluttered and messy. I need to organize and declutter. My kitchen is small and my countertop space is limited and it has overflowed on to the dinning room table and beyond. So that is where I’m starting just as soon as all the Christmas decorations are put away. I’m going to clear away anything that isn’t necessary and spruce things up with a good dusting and cleaning. The scarfs on the furniture and the table cloths are going to be replaced by some white ones making everything look fresher an brighter.
It’s going to be a bright and shiny New Year here at my house1
I hope you all have aTERRIFIC Tuesday!!
COUNTING MY GIFTS
Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful, or believe it to be beautiful.

Counting at least 3 things every day that I'm thankful for. There is truly is always something to be thankful for.
7769.for a reason to get organized, it’s the new year.

7771.for plenty of linens to spruce things up.
Enter into His courts with thanksgiving — and in His presence is fullness of Joy!
Please pray for God's protection of
our troops and HIS wisdom for their
commanders.
Almighty and eternal God,
Protect our military
as they discharge their duties
with the shield of your strength,
may the power of your love
enable them to return home in safety
that with all who love them
they may ever praise you for your loving care.
AND bless our Police Officers, Firefighters
and Paramedics and EMT’s
We ask this through Christ our Lord.
Amen
GOD BLESS YOU!

Start off the New Year right and get organized.
Always good to spruce things up, Ma! I need to do a declutter in my closet. I looked and there were some clothes I haven't worn in over a year so time to ship them out :)

Once upon a time (*smile*) I was super organized, and could tell you exactly where to find what piece of paper, etc.
Not sure WHAT's happened, but that all fell by the wayside a few years ago. Last year I wrote, "Organize the filing cabinet and storage boxes" as a long-term goal. Unfortunately, it's still unfinished, but necessity is making the task more of a priority.
