ON THE BRIGHT SIDE
The moments of our lives may be bright with possibility, dark with fear or sadness, or even plain everyday gray, but God's glory never fades. May God's glory shine into the exciting lights, upsetting darks, and boring grays of your every day.

Life is a Special Occasion!
Hallmark
Today is Organize Your Home Day which is an opportunity to get an early start your Spring Cleaning and get organized. Being organized can balance your life, it can reduce stress and makes you more productive. It can stop you looking for things, of having to buy new things you don’t need. If you make it your way of life, it can become a habit and you will reap benefits in the years to come.
If you can't see the Bright Side, polish the dull side
THOUGHT FOR TODAY
A place for everything and everything in it’s place.
Mrs. Beeton, the Book of Household Management, 1861
Getting started early on the Spring cleaning sounds like a great idea to me. When Spring comes, I want to spend more time outdoors and not indoors cleaning. I am definitely not the most organized person in the world, but having a smaller home with less space helps.
Cleaning is also good exercise. They say by mopping floors for one hour you can lose about 160 calories
Today I’m going to focus on cleaning the mirrors around here. The bedrooms, the bath and the living room all have at least one. I use good old fashioned windex. Matter of fact it makes a good multi purpose cleaner for lots of other things too. I not only used for cleaning the windows and mirrors but use it on the sinks, and the counter tops too.
I had a relaxing weekend so now it’s time to get busy. The weather continues to be very cold, so it’s a good time to get things done inside. I’m thinking Spring and getting ready for it too.
I hope you all have a GREAT start to this new week. Happy Monday!
COUNTING MY GIFTS
Every day in life is a clean slate in which we are given an opportunity to start afresh. It is truly a unique gift.
Morris C. Katzoff
Counting at least 3 things every day that I'm thankful for. There is truly is always something to be thankful for.
6700. for an early start on Spring cleaning
6701. for a relaxing weekend, I’m renewed and refreshed
6702. for a new week to try and get it right
Enter into His courts with thanksgiving — and in His presence is fullness of Joy!
Please pray for God's protection of
our troops and HIS wisdom for their
commanders.
Almighty and eternal God,
Protect our military
as they discharge their duties
with the shield of your strength,
may the power of your love
enable them to return home in safety
that with all who love them
they may ever praise you for your loving care.
AND bless our Police Officers, Firefighters
and Paramedics and EMT’s
We ask this through Christ our Lord.
Amen
GOD BLESS YOU ALL!
ADVICE FOR TODAY

Think Spring and get ready for it!
Did you know that Windex kills ants too? Let's me and you do a TV commercial for them! 👍 have a great day!
I need to organize my pantry, but probably will do it tomorrow on my day off. Need to declutter some things and reorganize others. It is good to start on spring cleaning. I know my blinds need a good cleaning. Might do one set of them daily rather all at once.

I've just begun a list of projects needing completion before February. Hopefully I can take a page from you (and Betty) and do a 'little something' every day, v. waiting until the last minutes and feel overwhelmed.
