Life is a Special Occasion!
Hallmark
Today is Organize Your Home Day. There are times all find it difficult to keep our homes tidy and organised, and its oh so easy to keep putting off tasks that always seem to require too much effort and time than we care to dedicate to them.
Organise Your Home Day is the perfect chance to quit making excuses for one day, get down to business and get your home back into shape! Put everything else aside for a few hours and get to task on all those little niggling things and DIY jobs that have been begging to be finished for months now.
You will be surprised how much you can get done, and how much difference giving your home a little TLC can make to your life. A little tender loving care can go a long way.

THOUGHT FOR TODAY
Every house where love abides And friendship is a guest, Is surely home, and home, sweet home For there the heart can rest.
Henry van Dyke
Giving a little TLC is always a good thing. Not only in our homes, but to those people in our lives. Tender loving care is vital and very needed every day. Caring means to have or show regard, interest or concern; also to have a fondness for. Remember: anyone can live in a house, but making it a home is quite another matter.
If you fill your home with people and laughter, you will be making memories all along the way. Filling your house with memories will quickly turn it from a mere dwelling into a home. You may not look back and remember this house for its amazing picture windows, or french doors, or balcony to the pool, but you will remember the good times spent together with those you love. A house is not a home unless you make it so.
You can live in a spotless, well organized mansion, but without love it will never be a home.
I hope you all have a wonderful Wednesday !
How far you go in life depends on your being tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving and tolerant of the weak and strong. Because someday in your life you will have been all of these.
George Washington Carver

That is so true Ma that I house is not a home unless a person makes it one. It is good though to keep the house a bit organized; makes it feel more homey I think :)
