IT’S FINALLY FRIDAY !!

Some weeks like this one just seem to go on and on forever. The days drag by when you are not busy. The good news is that we did get a very big job on the work schedule. So it should be starting soon. Then my days will go by a little quicker at work. I don’t need them to go by faster at home, that takes care of itself.

Tomorrow the ‘babes’ are treating me to lunch at our favorite O’boys restaurant and then we’ll go back to DD’s and visit for awhile. We are celebrating my birthday which is on Sunday. It’s nice she has a bigger home to have all of us together in. My house was just getting too small to have many people over. DS#5 and DD now take care of family get togethers. I like it in many ways, but I still miss having the babe’s come home sometimes. Rarely is there anyone here but me and the bird.

One more month and I won’t be here much at all either. I’ll be at the campground every weekend and maybe sometimes through the week too. It’s just an hour’s drive so I can go there right from work and since I don’t have a dog to take along now, I can even go directly to work from there if I wanted to.

Today we are still supposed to be on the warm side. Yesterday it warmed up to the high 50’s. That really felt good. We have a chance of rain through the weekend. We’ll see…
