What does the word "soul" mean? ... No one can give a definition of the soul. But we know what it feels like. The soul is the sense of something higher than ourselves, something that stirs in us thoughts, hopes, and aspirations which go out to the world of goodness, truth, and beauty. The soul is a burning desire to breathe in this world of light and never to lose it - to remain children of light.

HAPPY SUNDAY !!
It was good to sleep in a little this morning and now I’m slowly waking up with my good cup of coffee. Thankfully I’m feeling better today and will be able to make it to church this morning.
Yesterday turned out to be mostly sunny. Brisk winds were blowing, but no rain. I knew miracles could happen.
I had my guardian angel with me on the ride home too! Not 5 miles from home I must have started to doze off because all of the sudden someone was yelling “PAM” I looked up to see my car going toward the curb lane. What a blessing that was. Strange thing was that I could have sworn I was the one yelling.
I won’t question what happened. I didn’t think I felt drowsy at all, but then I must have been???
Today after church my jobs are to unload the car and do some laundry. I’m not going to push it any further than that. I’ll be lucky to get that much done.
Have a great day all ! Another wonderful one on the Way !
TODAY’S PRAYERS
God of love,
may we grow in our love for you
by respecting the dignity of all people we encounter.
Amen.
Please pray for God's protection of
our troops and HIS wisdom for their
commanders.
Lord, hold our troops in
your loving hands.
Protect them as they protect us.
Bless them and their families for the
selfless acts they perform for us
in our time of need. I ask this in the
name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior.
GOD BLESS YOU ALL !
25 WORDS
God, I thank You for today, for the ways You will bless me,
and for the ways that I will serve others in Your name
TO REMEMBER…
I am in the hands of God,
and in God’s time all things will be made well.
TODAY IS…WICKED WITCH DAY
Witches and Halloween just go together, but who is the most famous witch of all time? Here's a hint... She said, "I’ll get you my pretty, and your little dog, too!".Yes, it's the Wicked Witch of the West from the 1939 movie The Wizard of Oz. Nobody wants to dress up like Glenda the Good Witch. Halloween requires that black pointed hat and a good cackle

TODAY’S SMILE
Ten Spiritual Tips for the weekend.!!
(2) Begin each day with a prayer. It will arm your soul.
(3) Control appetite. Over indulgence clogs mind and body.
(4) Accept your limitations. There are few who are great and they have enough worries.
(5) Don’t envy. It wastes times and energy.
(6) Have faith in people. Cynicism is caustic.
(7) Exercise. Go for a walk. Get out and about. It clears the mind.
(8) Read a book to stimulate imagination and broaden your views.
(9) Spend some time alone for the peace and solitude of silence.
(10) Try to want what you have instead of spending your strength trying to get what you want

TODAY’S REFLECTION
O LORD, our Lord,
how awesome is your name through all the earth!
You have set your majesty above the heavens!
When I see your heavens, the work of your fingers,
the moon and stars that you set in place—
What are humans that you are mindful of them,
mere mortals that you care for them?
Yet you have made them little less than a god,
crowned them with glory and honor.
You have given them rule over the works of your hands,
put all things at their feet:
All sheep and oxen,
even the beasts of the field,
The birds of the air, the fish of the sea,
and whatever swims the paths of the seas.
O LORD, our Lord,
how awesome is your name through all the earth!
Ps 8:2, 4-10
Reflection
How will I praise God today? How will I show respect for
others, especially my neighbor or those in my community
who are not like me?
Love the Lord your God with your all and love your neighbor as yourself
TODAY’S ADVICE FROM THE OLD FARMER’S ALMANAC
Stand on your head underwater to cure a cold.
56 DAYS UNTIL WINTER !
Delight yourself in the Lord
and He will give you the desires of your Heart
Psalm 37:4
May there be a miracle in YOUR life today
and may you have the EYES to SEE it!
I Love You All !!!
Be Blessed !!!
