Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

Great news on the doctor's visit! My Tom has used both a regular (green cap) and rescue inhaler (red) for several years now.
I'm on Week #2 of my low-carb regimen -- only because I threw common sense out the window months ago and ate myself up to 148 lbs. Day #3 was the worst (sugar cravings), but that seems to have subsided. We can do it!
CHEESE! I like cheeseburgers on good hamburgers - cheddar cheese. Boy that was great you lost some weight - I am still going along singing a song! lol I am sorry you have to see a pulmonologist- but it might be just what you need.
It is not spring here in GA!
