ON THE BRIGHT SIDE
The moments of our lives may be bright with possibility, dark with fear or sadness, or even plain everyday gray, but God's glory never fades. May God's glory shine into the exciting lights, upsetting darks, and boring grays of your every day.

Life is a Special Occasion!
Hallmark
Today is World Party Day which was created with aims to achieve social change and harmony by encouraging people to celebrate life by partying.
The idea behind the holiday is that the opposite of war and suffering should not be to passively observe peace. Instead, people must actively participate in the celebration of life.
Whatever you do and whoever you party with, remember that you need no excuse to celebrate life and to be good to others.
If you can't see the Bright Side, polish the dull side
THOUGHT FOR TODAY
Stop worrying about the potholes in the road and celebrate the journey!
Barbara Hoffman
I believe that each and every day is to be celebrated. Every day may not be a good one but there is something good in every day if we look for it.
We were blessed to have a sunny day yesterday, but it’s looking like this is going to be another rainy week for us here in Ohio. The long range forecast didn’t give much hope for any sunshine until next weekend.
There is still plenty to be done here as far as finding a place to get everything put away so I don’t mind having to stay inside. It would be nice to have it all done when the weather does get nice out.
I hope you all have a GREAT start to this new week. Happy Monday!
WHAT’S NEW IN THE KITCHEN
There is a food holiday to celebrate every day of the year!
It’s Chocolate Mousse Day!
The most basic of chocolate mousse recipes has just five ingredients, and is presented below.
French Chocolate Mousse Recipe
11 oz of chocolate
6 large eggs
2 oz of butter, plus a bit.
6 oz of sugar
Pinch of salt
The recipe is remarkably simple on the surface, but the importance lay in processing it exactly. You first need to melt the chocolate with butter in a double boiler, waiting until the top presents with a silky shine. While this is going on, you’ll need to whip the egg whites with the salt, and then add the egg yolks with the sugar, and complete the mix with the chocolate, whipping all the while. After this you’ll need to place it in the fridge for 6 hours.

PRAYER FOR OUR TROOPS
Please pray for God's protection of
our troops and HIS wisdom for their
commanders.
Almighty and eternal God,
Protect our military
as they discharge their duties
with the shield of your strength,
may the power of your love
enable them to return home in safety
that with all who love them
they may ever praise you for your loving care.
AND bless our Police Officers, Firefighters
and Paramedics and EMT’s
We ask this through Christ our Lord.
Amen
GOD BLESS YOU ALL!
