TODAY'S THOUGHT
Happiness will never come to those who fail
to appreciate what they already have
JUST FOR TODAY
We all need to look for the silver linings in our day-to-day lives
Just for today: Because spiritual freedom is of importance to me, I will help others exercise their freedom by encouraging them to succeed and even surpass what they believe to be possible. Anything that we can dream can be accomplished because God within is our inspiration to set goals and our wisdom to reach them.
TODAY’S QUOTE
For fast-acting relief, try slowing down.

IT’S TUESDAY !!
It’s back to work !
Where or where did the weekend go??? It just flew by and I need more!
It was great weekend weather wise and we all had a great time being together. We had lots and lots of good food and fun doing things together, but it was not with a mishap or two. DS#5 and his wife’s car broke down on their way to camp Friday evening. It wasn’t even their car; it was DDIL#5’s folks car/truck which they use to transport their camper because it has a trailer hitch on the back.
They literally coasted in to camp and the car had to be towed to be worked on and their camper was put in place by the camp owner’s tractor. I gave them and the dogs a ride home on Monday. Hopefully it will be fixed with out too much trouble.
They will still have to go back and retrieve their camper and hopefully the truck too sometime this week.
Thankfully they were not on the road when the truck quit and thankfully no one was hurt and they made it there safely.
I have updated pictures as usual on my blog ‘What’s New at My House’.
It will be a shorter work week as there is now only 4 days of it left and that will help. My payroll is done for the week and that is a biggie as I do dislike Monday payroll days when my brain is still struggling to get back into the work mode.
Anymore I have my doubts as to whether or not my brain ever get’s back into the work mode. I think it is on a permanent ‘trip’ to the beach somewhere.
Have a great day all ! Another wonderful one on the Way !
TODAY’S PRAYERS
Lord, when the world tells me to give up, may I hear your voice speaking words of hope and encouragement
Amen
Please pray for God’s protection of
our troops and HIS wisdom for their
commanders.
Lord, hold our troops in
your loving hands.
Protect them as they protect us.
Bless them and their families for the
selfless acts they perform for us
in our time of need. I ask this in the
name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior.
GOD BLESS YOU!
TODAY’S TRIVIA
Today is Go Barefoot Around the House Day
Today is National Blueberry Cheesecake Day
1959: The word Frisbee became a registered trademark of the Wham-O company. The name had come from New Haven, Connecticut’s, Frisbie Pie Company, whose drivers played catch with tin plates. Yale students reportedly yelled, “Frisbie!” to warn the catchers the tin was sailing in their direction. Historians can’t agree on whether the original tossed tins held pies or Frisbie sugar cookies
TODAY’S SMILE
Imagine there is a bank that credits your account each morning with $86,400. It carries over no balance from day to day.
Every evening deletes whatever part of the balance the you failed to use during the day.
What would you do? Draw out every cent, of course!!!!
Each of us has such a bank. Its name is “TIME”.
Every morning it credits you with 86,400 seconds.
Every night it writes off, as lost, whatever of this you have failed to invest to good purpose. It carries over no balance.
It allows no overdraft.
Each day it opens a new account for you.
Each night it burns the remains of the day.
If you fail to use the day’s deposits, the loss is yours.
There in no going back.
There is no drawing against the “TOMORROW”.
You must live in the present on today’s deposits.
Invest it so as to get from it the utmost in health, happiness and success.
The clock is running.
Make the most of today.
To realize the value of “one month”, ask a mother who gave birth to a premature baby.
To realize the value of “one week”, ask the editor of a weekly newspaper.
To realize the value of “one hour”, ask the lovers who are waiting to meet.
To realize the value of “one minute”, ask the person who missed the train.
To realize the value of “one second”, ask the person who just avoided an accident.
To realize the value of “one millisecond”, ask the person who won a silver medal in the Olympics.
Treasure every moment that you have! And treasure it more because you shared it with someone special, special enough to spend your time.Remember that time waits for no one.
Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery and today is a gift.
That’s why it’s called the present.

TODAY’S REFLECTION
You will be scattered
John 16:32
The Holy Spirit gathers rather than scatters. At Babel (Gn 11:7-9), men were scattered. At Pentecost, the Spirit gathered and united. Jesus came to gather us together. Jesus wants unity very much. He prays that we all be one as He and the Father are one
TODAY’S ADVICE
Once daffodils and tulips have gone by, add bone meal to the soil for next year’s blooms
26 DAYS UNTIL SUMMER!
Delight yourself in the Lord
and He will give you the desires of your Heart
Psalm 37:4
May there be a miracle in YOUR life today
and may you have the EYES to SEE it!
I Love You All !!!
Be Blessed !!!
