Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

Cranberries are good and good for us too!
I love cranberry juice, but not cranberries. Tom and my son are the same way, so my mother's glass dish will remain empty again this year.
This recipe sounds ah-mazing! In fact, I'm adding brats to my shopping list. (Not 'til after turkey day, that is. I hear the stores are crazy this week.)
PS - I'm glad you added "rinse" next to the sauerkraut. The one and only time I made something with it, I forgot to rinse. It was truly awful!
Enjoyed the read and family photo's I know you guys have a great time. We have a wild cranberry in North Carolina. I loved eating them in the woods. BUT my favorite Cranberry food is Jellied Cranberry sauce. I must have it with Turkey or chicken
Have a great Thanksgiving..
Sherry & jack sending love at Thanksgiving
