Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

Ah, bread is the best! I’m thankful for this beautiful day and my wonderful family…and red sweaters. xo, V.
I love bake bread. I find God gives us lots of things - we just have to use them.
My mother made the most wonderful bread.... we all loved it. The smell in the house on the days she baked was wonderful. Her grandmother made her own bread daily... during the depression, any one was welcome at the back door of the house, and there was always bread to give them.
Thank you for mentioning what goes in your family's sausage bread! I'm going to look for a recipe on-line; it sounds like just the 'something different' to bring to our ladies holiday brunch next month.
I hope this sticks. I am having trouble registering comments... We only had biscuits ad home made bread. I was older before I had the delightful Yeast rolls, love 'em. Great pictures and the bread sounds good.
Love from here

I'm not a bread baker, but do make quick breads from time to time and always have cornmeal on hand, "just in case" I get a craving.
