IT’S MONDAY !!
It’s back to work today and since I really did have a nice weekend, I am ready to start a new day too. We had a great time over the weekend and I’ve put lots of pictures up on my journal page if you want to see.
I heard from DS#6this week end which really started the weekend off with a bang. He called to let me know that they are going to have a baby. My baby is going to be a Dad. Seems impossible but true. Now I have 2 new grand babes on the way. One in November and one in either February or March.
DS#2 called us on Saturday while we were relaxing around the campground too and I got to talk to our Pretty Lady also. They were having a great 4th of July too and I’m glad they called. A year ago they were camping with us and I sure missed them this year.
The week ahead is looking pretty good as it’s another 4 day work week for me as Friday is another vacation day.
Have a great day all ! Another wonderful one on the Way !

Lord, hold our troops in

TODAY’S SMILE
Four-year-old Jason was visiting his grandparents. Grandpa was in his study intently reading. Jason walked in carrying a peach, said something Grandpa didn't catch, and handed the peach to him. Thinking his wife had sent him a snack, Grandpa took it and ate it. Just as he swallowed the last bite, Jason, with lip quivering, said,
But, Pap, I didn't want you to eat it. I just wanted you to get the worm out

A couple phoned a neighbor to extend birthday greetings. They dialed the number and then sang Happy Birthday to him. But when they finished their off-key rendition, they discovered that they had dialed the wrong number. Don't let it bother you, said a strange but amused voice.

CUBE FARM - An office filled with cubicles.
IDEA HAMSTERS - People who always seem to have their idea generators running.
MOUSE POTATO - The on-line, wired generation's answer to the couch potato.
SITCOMs - What yuppies turn into when they have children and one of them stops working to stay home with the kids. Stands for Single Income, Two Children, Oppressive Mortgage.
SWIPED OUT - An ATM or credit card that has been rendered useless because the magnetic strip is worn away from extensive use.
TREEWARE - Computer slang for documentation or other printed material.
CHIPS AND SALSA - Chips = hardware, salsa = software. Well, first we gotta figure out if the problem's in your chips or your salsa.
IRRITAINMENT - Entertainment and media spectacles that are annoying, but you find yourself unable to stop watching them.
PERCUSSIVE MAINTENANCE - The fine art of whacking an electronic device to get it to work again.
The very last one for today…
Don't you drive more safely when you realize you've left your driving license at home? In that case, shouldn't we ALWAYS leave our license at home?
TODAY’S REFLECTION
If I only touch his garment, I shall be made well
Matthew 9:21
People in desperate or helpless circumstances were not disappointed when they sought Jesus out. Jesus gave hope where there seemed to be no human cause for it because his hope was directed to God. He spoke words of hope to the woman (Take heart, daughter!) to ignite the spark of faith in her (your faith has made you well!). In Jesus we see the infinite love of God extending to each and every individual as he gives freely and wholly of himself to each person he meets
