Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

Celebrate today and be aware of how important mountains are to us.
Lovely post. Have a happy Thursday. xox, Virginia
They are not International Mountains, but I live in the foothills of the Kennesaw Mtns. The beginning of the Appalachian trail. And where the Civil War ended.
Growing up at the Rockies' base, I do believe the mountains are my favorite feature of our country's topography. I'd still love to visit the Austian Alps where they filmed the Sound of Music someday, but that's a pipe dream.
I'm glad you had such great memories there and glad you enjoyed the concert too! :)
