Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

Wow, that’s great information! You’ve inspired me to look for some white paper and glitter! Ha! My house is full of little specks of glitter and the such from packages and bags opened here on Christmas. My vacuum will get a good workout today, so maybe I’ll pass on the glitter part ! Thanks for always being positive and happy. Have a lovely weekend with your SIL ! xo, Virginia
I hadn't thought about those paper snowflakes since grade school ... such fun! If you do decide to make some, I'll bet your neighbors would love seeing them in the windows.
I am like Myra - I haven't made them since grade school - but it was fun. No snow here - 71 degrees today!
