Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

Celebrate tonight and tune in to see who will take home the award for Best Picture and also see who is the best dressed on the red carpet.
As always, a lovely post…enjoy your day and Happy March! Virginia
I don't think we've seen a single one of the (Oscar) nominees, but I'll probably tune in to the beginning to watch what everyone's wearing on the Red Carpet. The new chair and television's sure a thoughtful gesture ... enjoy!
Whenever I see the word "trophies", I always think of the hymn, "The Old Rugged Cross". And I do like to see the fashions on the red carpet. They seem to get stranger every year or maybe I am just getting old. LOL
Yeah, we never expect to even touch one of those high end trophies, but sure did love the onesour kids bought home. LOL
Love from up here.
sweet comment...
So did you get to watch the award so or not? Nice she bought you your own chair.
