Life is a Special Occasion!

Today is International Fun At Work Day which is all about having fun at work and enjoying yourself. Let your imagination run wild and come up with some good ideas to have fun at work. You could dress up in silly clothes, crank up the music or behave a little bit mischievously today. The most important, don't take things too seriously today. This will not only help you to have a better time at work, but also your boss. Fun at work leads to lower levels of absenteeism, greater job satisfaction, and increased productivity.

THOUGHT FOR TODAY
A day without laughter is a day wasted.
Charlie Chaplin
Work can be fun, especially if you like what you do. No matter what you do though, it’s always good to put some fun into it. A positive attitude, and a joyful perspective on life make us healthier, happier, more productive, and more fun to be with. A little healthy humor is vital to our well being,
It it is the end of another work week for many. The weekend lies ahead and it’ll be a busy one for those that work as they try and fit everything in to what they couldn’t do at home because they were working. I remember those days well.
Every day is a busy one. Everyday is an adventure. Every day there’s work to be done. The important thing is to make it fun.
I hope you all have a FANTASTIC Friday!
PRAYER REQUEST
Please join me today in praying for my oldest son who has been hospitalized and will have further testing today and then we will know better just what we are dealing with. May the dear Lord guide the doctors caring for him and may my son have a good diagnosis and recovery.
We pray all things in Jesus name. Thy will be done Lord.

PRAYER FOR OUR TROOPS
Please pray for God's protection of
our troops and HIS wisdom for their
commanders.
Almighty and eternal God,
Protect our military
as they discharge their duties
with the shield of your strength,
may the power of your love
enable them to return home in safety
that with all who love them
they may ever praise you for your loving care.
AND bless our Police Officers, Firefighters
and Paramedics and EMT’s
We ask this through Christ our Lord.
Amen
GOD BLESS YOU ALL!
ADVICE FOR TODAY

A little smile, a word of cheer,
A bit of love from someone dear…

You're blessed when you're content with just who you are—no more, no less. That's the moment you find yourselves proud owners of everything that can't be bought

Saying a prayer for your oldest son; hope the doctors find out what is wrong and he makes a quick recovery! I'll have to do something silly today "at work". No one will see me, LOL, so maybe I'll get back into my pajamas for the rest of my workday.

One of the things my husband used to tell my sons was to chose a profession you love and you will never hate going to work. He worked for 48 years at the same job and loved going to work. My youngest is in law enforcement and he once told me he would do it even if they didn't pay him. So I guess he listened!! Sending up prayers right now for your oldest son. That God may hold him close while they find out what is wrong!! Amen!
Prayers for your DS#1, his doctors and all who love!
'Not so much fun at my workplace these days, but gosh ... I've a warehouse full of memories! Nice to remember on a cold winter's day.
