It's THURSDAY!
Now we have a Winter Storm Watch again!
The word blizzard was even in the forecast for tonight into Friday morning. Friday may just be a SNOW day for me. I’ll make it to work fine this morning they say, but we just don’t know about Friday morning at all. We’ll see…

THINKING
These weeks of Lent are opportunities to feel those quiet whispers of God.
Today: Read a passage from Scripture and then sit, without saying or doing anything, for 10 minutes
NEW IN THE KITCHEN
BREAKFAST FOR DINNER NIGHT
CROCK POT EGG CASSEROLE
32 oz. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 lb. cooked ham, cubed
1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1-1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
12 eggs
1 cup whole milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Spray inside of slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. In small skillet, cook onion and green pepper in olive oil until crisp tender. Let cool about 10 minutes. Place one third of the frozen hash brown potatoes in the slow cooker. Add one third of the ham, onion, green pepper and cheese. Repeat layers, ending with the cheese.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs, milk and seasonings until well mixed. Pour over the ingredients in the slow cooker, cover and turn on low. Cook for 8-10 hours, until casserole is set and eggs are thoroughly cooked. Serves 12

selfless acts they perform for us

What did the t.v. say to the other t.v.? ... I think somebody is watching us.
What has four eyes and runs south? ... The Mississippi river.
FAMILY
DD called to say that her hubby’s uncle passed away so they are planning to go to the funeral this weekend. I would suppose that all depends on whether or not they can get out of Ohio on Friday.
I’ll be praying for the family and for safe travels for all of them

Loved those prayers. I hope you don't get snowed in tomorrow. I know you are looking forward to retiring and camping. Condolences to the family and friends of the person who has gone on. Helen
