Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

I had my first (fried) catfish dinner almost 6 years ago, and found it surprisingly delish! Tho' catfish is very popular here in Alabama, it's not my first choice. (That would be salmon, but that's not as affordable.)
We're supposed to set a heat record today, too. Just super thankful for central AC!
I grew up near the juncture of Illinois and Mississippi rivers. There was an old man who lived in a fishing shack on the river. Dar would drive out and pick up a mess of catfish, which Mom cooked to perfection. Corn meal was the best.
I agree with Blake - frying catfish is the best - lol. I like it at Cracker Barrel.
