Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

Remember to take deep breath and relax. You will be healthier and live longer!
Fortunately, since retiring 6 years ago most of my stress has disappeared. I didn't realize how bad my work environment had become until it was almost too late. Like your DDH, I believe my father's fatal heart attack was stress-related. I thought my son was headed that direction, but for whatever reason (and lots of prayer) he's changed his priorities.
So glad you found a pretty new purse AND a doctor who can see you sooner rather than later! It sounds like things are looking up, up, up!
National Stress Awareness Day - I do think stress can kill you - but it is hard to convince others some time.
My dad had a heart attack right after my brother died.
Glad you found a doctor and a new purse!
What a lovely move for you…sounds like things are going well…I love a new purse if it’s the right size! Enjoy and happy day to you and yours. xox, V.
Being overstressed is the worst. I think the work environments now with cellphones and being on call so much is so bad for our health. Grateful to be retired. Use your new purse in good health!
