Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

Be a good samaritan and make sure to spread kindness and generosity today.
The story of the Good Samaritan is one of my favorite parts of the Bible -- a perfect example of lifting one another up however we're able.
Doesn't getting a new cut feel wonderful? I went a little shorter myself last week and may call to move my next appointment up from 5 weeks to 4. A good hairdresser is worth every penny, I think. Mine has business cards proclaiming her a "hair artist." (lol)
National Good Samaritan Day - I like that.
Your daughter was a good Samaritan helping you.
I can tell you are getting ready to move!
You know last time I got my haircut short too!
As always, we enjoyed the visit. WE like the Spring count down. I try to be a good Samaritan to at least do a payback for all those who have come to my rescue many times.
Many lives are changed when someone takes the time to lose a minute or more of their time to be THAT GOOD SAMARTAN.
Love you lady!
So you are living in TEXAS?? I am sorry I have missed so many of your posts. Life gets in the way and I don't always have the time to do the things I want to do - like visiting all my friends in the Blog World.
Ageing gracefully is harder than I thought it would be but we do the best we can!
So where in Texas are you?? Welcome!!
🙂
