Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

I love donuts but can't have any until I get my blood sugar down.
Those look soooo good!
Crossing my fingers your kidney specialist will write you a prescription for a GOOD donut!
Your 60-degree temps sound wonderful. Keep bundled up!
Donuts are my downfall - I love chocolate cream filled or frosted. More power to you to completely give up sugar. You are probably skin and bones!
We had a donut maker here in a town close by called ALEX Donuts. I loved them. Back then he sold then for 50 cents a dozen. The creme filled costed more and they were GOOD! I loved the raspberry filled Of course Sherry preferred the chocolate filled. LOL We were sad when Alex went out of business, But I still LOVE Krispy Kreme....
Sorry the blood levels caused you to cut back. I have been very fortunate in that respect, but I am not much of a sweet eater.
Love from NC for a few more days....Sherry & jack
