Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

I'm enjoying a nap on the porch today to celebrate!
Oh, you've got my mouth watering again! I need to save this, tho' b/c it's still far too hot to turn on the stovetop or broiler unnecessarily.
Do you know, I've never laid in a hammock. It looks inviting, but I know I'd make a spectacle of myself trying to get OUT. No, I've a 'just right' relationship with the loveseat; no-one has to ask me twice to close my eyes!
Never had much luck getting into a hammock. Have always ended up on the floor.
I love the thought of the hammock - and we had once once - I never got in it.
