Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

Christmas in July - I have never heard of that! Sounds interesting. Love it.
Back in 1961 the summer camp I attended in Colorado would observe Christmas in July. The big rec hall/dining room was decorated, we sang carols, and even exchanged little presents (purchased at the camp's canteen). What a cute idea, shredding paper to make 'snow.'
I love the idea of that Baptist Church's initiative, Christmas present in July; now I wonder why it was discontinued; or why other congregations didn't adopt the custom.
Never heard of it myself but I think I am all for it!
QVC celebrates Christmas in July.
We enjoy watching host David Venable.
“Movies!” channel showed some Christmas movies.
A Christmas Carol is my fave.📺
