Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

There are a lot of healthy alternatives to junk food. Fruits and veggies are very good!
Yes indeed, we really should eat healthy foods not junk foods!!
I like popcorn too but doggone it, you have to make sure you don't bite down on an unpopped kernel, as we age we can break a tooth! Ask me how I know! LOL!!
We should eat healthy.
I had my junk day yesterday. I had my physical in the am and afterwards treated myself to a hot fudge sundae. lol
All delightful alternatives! I never would have thought about combining spinach, avocado and eggs but it sounds delicious. In fact, my latest post talked about making out-of-the-ordinary lunches. So far today I was 'bad' and ate pizza at my son's -- but sometimes you have to color outside the box. God willing, tomorrow's a brand new day!
