Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

Dandelions are weeds that want to be loved like flowers!
I remember these images of your pretty granddaughter -- like something out of a magazine!
Already we've an array of dandelions; I don't have the heart to get rid of them. Well, not that they bother me so much. As I get older, I'm more apt to let them be. Besides, they make me happy to look at.
PS - That's a great quote by Suzanne Collins. So timely during Holy Week!
Your granddaughter is a doll. Do you know I saw fake dandelions - the stage where you would blow them - or someone's blog yesterday - and they were pretty.
One time I saw my brother-in-law pick a dandelion at lake haus & eat it. 😋
