Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

The smell of a Christmas tree is he scent of Christmas !
It has been a long time since we had a real Christmas tree. We even down sized to a Ceramic tree for our coach, now it is in storage.
We love to drive around and see the lights and trees here in Florida. It may be the same elsewhere, but the small towns here in Central Florida go all out, and are beautiful...
We remember buying the cheapest trees on the lot and calling them Charlie Brown trees. LOL Love the entry and history lessons you give.
Love Sherry & jack smiling and 77 degrees.....
I love a real tree for Christmas but an artificial tree has the same meaning and delight. And, it’s lights are much safer from fire. Love that family photo, you are truly blessed. Have a great weekend. xo, V.
I love looking at all the different Christmas trees ... the creativity! Then, there's those homely trees that no-one wants. I always felt sorry for those not chosen.
Since our last 'real' tree killed the Electrolux's motor years ago, we've gone the artificial route.
Like you, I'm back to wearing a mask. This 'stuff' isn't going away anytime soon; we're not taking any chances.
Girl - you need to get your tree up on National Christmas tree day - and have it decorated by the 11th. Christmas decoration day!
