Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

Soup is a good winter time dinner!
Never knew about that soup but don't think I would like it but then I may not be hungry enough:)
Soups are my favorite foods I think. Thanks for the information on Pepper Pot soup. I have heard of it, but never knew any history. Strange how things happen in life, many discoveries come from necessity.
Yes, it is nice to see the sun down here and even our relative low temps are cool, much better than some feet of snow. Hope you enjoy your stay and thanks for bringing more sunshine down...
Love from up in Leesburg...

I have never ever heard of that soup - but you learn something every day!
Tom fondly remembers Pepper Pot soup -- yet when I tried to find it last year I learned Campbell's had discontinued it. Hope your grandson is feeling much better! When I had my wisdom teeth removed they only let me eat applesauce. That was almost 4O years ago, and I still can't stand the thought of eating applesauce. LOL.
