Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

Light up the long, dark nights of winter with some colorful Christmas lights!
We always enjoy your thankful list. We carry few Christmas decorations in the coach, but do enjoy ALL the lights here in Florida. We have found that Florida cities, even the smaller ones, really have some beautiful decorations to celebrate the birth of our Lord.
Enjoyed the entry & history lesson. Especially love the family pic's. Love the one with the grandson putting the star on. That is ALWAYS a sweet small ceremony!
Love from down here
Sherry & jack with over cast skies....
Photographic memories are priceless, aren't they?
Close behind, whoever invented prelit Christmas trees. What a pain it was to untangle those old strings of lights, then have to replace the random broken bulbs. The season's so very short, except when we're going somewhere I like to leave our tree 'lit' 24-7.
It's the most Wonderful Time of the Year!
I love Christmas and all the lights - it just makes you feel good. Who knew December was a month for so many of those things? Pear Pie Month? Cute.
